A&M vs Bama Tickets: The Most Expensive Regular Season CFB Game In 3 Years, Maybe Ever

This Saturday’s game between the Texas A&M Aggies and Alabama Crimson Tide is perhaps the single most anticipated regular season college football game of the past three seasons. With SEC supremacy, a top national ranking, and a potential trip to the BCS National Championship Game on the line, it’s no wonder that demand has shot up prices to the point where this has become the most expensive regular season ticket since 2010.

Texas A&M football tickets and Alabama football tickets consistently rank among the most expensive in college football. But while the Aggies rank fourth nationally this season at an average ticket price of $199 dollars, and Alabama ranks ninth at $166 dollars, these average figures pale in comparison to the average ticket price for Saturday’s contest. Checking in at a whopping $770 dollar average ticket price, the Texas A&M/Alabama showdown prices 9% above the second most expensive game of the past three years, which was the Alabama/LSU defensive showdown of 2011.
