Kentucky, Idaho, and Troy all eclipsed 50 points against the NMSU Aggie defense, which probably means the Aggies of Texas A&M will be okay in the scoring department. New Mexico State ranks 125th in the country in points allowed per game (out of 128 Division 1 schools), while Texas A&M ranks 25th in points scored per game. This is going to be Prairie View all over again. The defense will have their minds on another shutout and the offense will be looking to bounce back in a big way.

Three bold calls:

  • The Texas A&M defense forces four turnovers
  • Trevor Knight doesn’t play a snap in the second half
  • Texas A&M rushes for more than 400 yards
