5.  Dixie Chicken

Location: 307 University Drive

Although the TV set up may lower its ranking a bit, there are very few places in College Station that rival the historical and sentimental value of the Dixie Chicken. Grab yourself a pitcher, a case of dominos and a burger plate and you’ll be able to soak in one of the most iconic landmarks in town.

4. Dudleys Draw

Location: 311 University Drive

Nothing will get the day going quite like an order of grand slams. Equipped with a mixed whiskey shot that is chased with orange juice and polished off with a piece of bacon, this breakfast shot makes cruising into Dudleys an absolute must on game days. Much like the Dixie Chicken, Dudleys is one of the most seasoned bars on north gate. With so many years of being posted up right off of University Drive, the bar has managed to develop a very loyal clientele base throughout the years.
