2. Christian Kirk isn’t done yet

Man…we are going to miss this guy. There is little doubt the Christian Kirk will enter the NFL Draft as he is predicted as a First Round pick. That being the case, Kirk made his final performance at Kyle Field a memorable one. Kirk caught four passes for 120 yards and one touchdown which was a 60-yard reception to open the game.

Most importantly, in the second quarter, Kirk took a punt return 90 yards to the house for his sixth career punt return touchdown. That’s a school record, and he’s not done just yet.

It was nice to see the leader of the Aggies’ receiving corps make some big plays on Saturday night. It’s been a relatively quiet season for Kirk, but his long touchdowns against New Mexico confirm that the junior receiver hasn’t lost a step.

This young man has not only been an absolute delight to watch but has been an incredible representation of Texas A&M throughout his career. Two more games left Kirk, go get em sir.
