Marcus Stripling has a chance to become the next great pass rusher for the Aggies, who sent Von Miller into the NFL as the No. 2 overall pick and Myles Garrett as the No. 1 overall pick. This run of success for defensive ends has been helpful for defensive line prospects.

Stripling has elite pass rushing skills and could contribute right away as a freshman. A&M lost stand out pass rushers Garrett and Daeshon Hall to the NFL and went with more of a committee approach in 2017. Landis Durham stood out but he will be gone after this season, along with a few other front seven contributors.

The Houston, TX native could be a huge X-factor on A&M’s defense in his true freshman season.
