Alabama proved you can tame Ole Miss’ high-flying passing attack, and LSU is the perfect team to do just that. They almost always have an elite defense overall, but specifically seem to have one of the best secondaries in the country year in and year out.
LSU should win this one going away so long as they don’t make mistakes on offense.

The Tigers offense does enough to win again. LSU needs this one with the schedule difficulty increasing in October.

LSU has the second most talented defense that Ole Miss will face all season, and I believe that LSU’s defense will shut down Ole Miss’s offense for the majority of the game. Ole Miss has one of the poorer defenses in the SEC, and so expect the Tigers to put up big yards both in the air and on the ground.
