Texas A&M Football will play in its second nationally-televised game on Saturday, as they’ll open up SEC play against Auburn. Here’s how you can watch the game.
Texas A&M Football will once again play in front of a national audience, for the second time in just four weeks.
This time, it will be at home, as the Auburn Tigers will open up the highly-anticipated SEC conference slate against the Aggies. Both teams have high hopes for the season and both teams certainly need a win to stay afloat in one of the most competitive SEC fields in several years.
Last week’s Alabama vs South Carolina game marked the first game of SEC on CBS this season. The nationally-renown broadcast has been a staple of the conference for years and the Aggies will make their 2019 CBS debut on Saturday.
The game will kick off at 2:30 pm central time at Kyle Field in College Station on CBS. The Aggies are listed as four point favorites at home with an over/under of 47.5.
Since there are no games on CBS before the Aggies and Auburn, there should be no delay in kickoff whatsoever. The Aggies will be under the national spotlight in the biggest game of the SEC slate to this point in the early season.
Playing against a national audience carries a lot of pressure, but this game will serve as a chance for the Aggies to avenge their poor performance against Clemson on national television in week two. With just a couple of weeks to go before the Alabama game, the Aggies will need to establish themselves as legit contenders in the SEC with a statement win on Saturday.
While today’s game is a must-win, it certainly feels good to have SEC conference play back. The Aggies will once again be playing in a highly-anticipated game on CBS, which feels great.
