Selection Show and Tournament Schedule

It goes without saying that the goal of every team is to reach the NCAA Tournament. For that reason the NIT field will contain a few teams that fell just short of an NCAA bid. Those “Last Four Out” often become top seeds in the NIT.

The NCAA Tournament Selection Show is scheduled to air live on Selection Sunday March 12 at 5:30 PM Eastern. You can watch it live via NCAA.com. The Selection Show will also be broadcast live on CBS.

Following the revealing of the NCAA Tournament bracket there will of course be time for analysis and frenzied bracket filling. Join our March Madness Bracket Challenge here or click the link in the tweet below:

When that dust settles, change the channel to ESPNU (or steam it live at WatchESPN). The NIT Selection Show will take place later that same day, Sunday March 12, at 8:30 PM Eastern.

After the bracket is revealed it’s time to play the games. Instead of watching the First Four play-in games of the NCAA Tournament, you can tune into the First Round of the NIT. Those games are typically broadcast on WatchESPN.
