2. Jalen Preston

Wide Receiver, Manvel High School (Manvel, TX)

Along with Wright, Jalen Preston has seemed to be really high on the Aggies. He earned his offer from A&M last February, and then took his first unofficial to Texas A&M in June. Since then he has taken two additional unofficial visits in October and November, respectively. The Aggies were also able to get him on campus for junior day.

Preston is a speedster. Sitting at 6”2, he weighs just under 215 pounds of pure muscle. He is just outside of earning his fifth star with a composite rating of .9800. Preston is ranked as the fifth overall wide receiver and the No. 33 overall player in the 2018 class.

He has 20 other offers and counting in addition to an offer from Texas A&M. In his junior season, Preston racked up 664 yards on 33 receptions and 10 touchdowns. He also is a special teams threat, returning two punts for touchdowns and picked up one more score on a kick return.
