6. Mustapha Muhammad

Tight End, Ridge Point High School (Missouri City, TX)

Mustapha Muhammad is a 6’4″ tight end out of Ridge Point High School. He weighs 235lbs. Crystal Ball has Muhammad weighted 50 percent to the Aggies, 25 percent to Texas and 25 percent to Clemson. He comes in at No. 87 overall according to the composite rankings and the number four overall at tight end.

Muhammad earned his offer from the Aggies all the way back in November of 2015. He would be a very strong addition to the class considering Offensive Coordinator Noel Mazzone has been talking about getting the tight ends more involved in the Aggie offense. That was evident this year with the 2017 class including a pair of tight ends to bolster the position.

This is most likely going to be another in-state battle between Texas and Texas A&M, but it would definitely not be surprising if another program swept in a stole him. Muhammad can not only catch the ball, as he had 29 receptions last season, but could also be a big time blocker. Muhammad has an impressive offer list including Florida, Auburn, Alabama, Ohio State, LSU, Penn State, Oklahoma, USC, and many more.
