After a successful regular season, Texas A&M Softball heads to post-season play as the 9th overall seed in the NCAA Tournament.

The Aggies will host Texas, Texas Southern and Texas State in the College Station Regional.

Texas A&M Softball had a phenomenal regular season. The team that finished 39-20, 10th in the SEC last season did a complete 360. They finished 42-10 with a 16-7 record in the SEC putting them at 4th in the conference. Rankings wise, the ladies finished 8th (RPI), 11th (ESPN) and 12th (USA Today) respectively.

The end of the season didn’t pan out exactly how they wanted. Texas A&M dropped consecutive series to Kentucky and Tennessee, but these ladies aren’t backing down. They aren’t stopping until they get to Oklahoma City for the Women’s College World Series.

At this point, we know our ladies quite well. Let’s take a look at the three teams that will be making the trip to College Station for regional play.
