With this game being four weeks away, it is truly difficult to know which team will have momentum and which team is healthy.  Both teams will be coming off touch stretches.  Before the Aggie game, Florida would have played four consecutive conference games including LSU the week before.

Up to this point, they’ve looked awful against Michigan and needed some poor game management by Tennessee to survive.  Now they play Kentucky and Vanderbilt before LSU.  Both the Wildcats and the Commodores are feeling really good, but will that be enough to derail the momentum Florida has after surviving Tennessee.

As for the Aggies, how did we play against Alabama? Is Mond’s confidence still there? Have the young receivers continued to make strides? And what about the defense, have we found a pass rush?  This will be our first trip in more than 50 years when we head to Gainesville in mid-October.  If the team thought the trip to the Rose Bowl was incredible, just wait. The atmosphere will be unlike many they’ve seen.

I called it during the off-season and I’m sticking with it. The Aggies will win a low scoring knock down drag out game. Mond, Williams, Ford, Bussey and Ausbon will make more plays and the defense will hold up.

Final score prediction:  Aggies win 17-13 (5-2)
