Week 13 (10-1, 5-1 Big 12)

Texas A&M defeats Kansas 43-25

The Aggies are riding high. They are 11-1, and have a huge matchup with Texas in two weeks. Before that, they have to get past Charlie Weis’s Kansas squad, who only won one game in 2012. Let’s run the numbers and let Johnny go wild.

We got away from the upper 30s to upper 20s scores! It’s a wonder what a bad Kansas squad can do, and its great placement before the showdown with Texas. My highlighted game of the ten I ran was a 59-44 shootout. I chose it because offense is fun, and scoring points is what teams are supposed to do. Johnny had another one of those games, going 31 of 40 for 425 yards, six touchdowns, 57 rushing yards on 24 attempts and a rushing touchdown.

Just under 500 total yards and seven touchdowns is what you should expect from someone looking to win a Heisman. How did Kansas score 44? Their two running backs went CRAZY. Tony Pierson had 15 rushes for 154 yards and three touchdowns, while James Sims had 28 carries for 127 yards and a score. This Aggie rush defense gets gashed on some of these games. Ags are 11-1.
