1. Christian Kirk will have a bounce back week

The Florida Gators were not nice to Christian Kirk. The Aggies’ star receiver only racked up two catches for 44 yards and dropped several passes against the Gators. Kirk came in clutch with a late 43 yard punt return which set up Daniel LaCamera‘s game winning field goal. However, his struggles on the offensive side of the ball were evident throughout the evening.

An interesting note, before the Florida game, Kirk had only returned one punt the entire year. Overall, Kirk has had a solid year with special teams, returning one kickoff 100 yards for a touchdown against Arkansas.

Christian Kirk is tied for second in the SEC with five receiving touchdowns and will add at least more Saturday night against Mississippi State. It will not come easy. The Bulldogs have the second best passing defense in the country, allowing just 153.6 passing yards per game. But at some point, talent wins.
