2. Blitz like Coach Yoast from Remember the Titans

The main halftime adjustment LSU made against Auburn was to blitz. As mentioned on the previous slide, blitzing destroyed the Auburn offense. During his time at LSU, Aggie defensive coordinator John Chavis was known for blitzing and taking chances with his great athletes outside.

If he can do this, look for linebackers Otaro Alaka and Tyrel Dodson to have yet another huge game.

This season Stidham has been sacked many times. The Aggies should seek to blitz early and often, to get him out of sync and off his game. He is not as much of a running threat as Kellen Mond, and any damage he is able to inflict should be contained by heavy doses of extra pressure.

This, along with the pass blocking struggles the Auburn offensive line has had throughout the season, should set up for a good day for the Aggie defensive front.
