With the holidays among us, there’s football, family, and tons of food. What kind of Thanksgiving foods would Texas A&M football stars be?

Thanksgiving and the holiday season are upon us. I think it is only appropriate that, along with seasonal cheer, family, and gifts on our minds, an immense amount of food takes up a large portion of our brain as well. Whether it be turkey, dressing, or green bean casserole, the holidays are a time of feasts and stuffing ourselves before the big game on TV.

Everyone has their favorite holiday food. Mine is green bean casserole. I think it’s great when people’s favorite food even reflects their looks or personalities. Being a redhead, I may remind others of a carrot. *Fellow redheads roll their eyes* Maybe an energetic child reminds you of a red bull. Whatever it may be, I think it’s hilarious!

Each player on this team has a personality and a way they play the game. The hard running of Keith Ford contrasts with the speed and shifty moves of someone like Christian Kirk. How does that related to the foods you’ll see on your Thanksgiving table?

So, I have developed a list of ten of our favorite Aggie football players and what they would be if they were Thanksgiving foods!
