The Texas A&M baseball team returns to action on Thursday night when they welcome the Alabama Crimson Tide to Olsen Field.

After a rough start to conference play, things seem to be on the upswing for the No. 22 Texas A&M baseball team. The Aggies (23-9, 5-7) entered into last weekend with a 3-6 conference record and facing an almost must-win series against LSU.

They gritted out a 2-1 series win. The LSU series was the turning point of the 2017 season, and hopefully it will be the turning point of 2018 as well. The bats, which had gone nearly silent since a 13-run explosion against Rice on March 20, finally came alive again, and the bullpen finally showed what they were capable of.

This weekend’s series is another Thursday-Saturday series at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park. First pitch is at 8pm CST, 6:30pm CST, and 1pm CST. Game one will be shown nationally on ESPNU, and games two and three can be streamed on SEC Network+. Projected starters are as follows:
