No. 59 overall: San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers locked up their long-term option at quarterback, making Jimmy Garappolo the highest paid player in the league, and they gave him some protection with the No. 9 overall pick in offensive tackle Mike McGlinchey. Now they have to find him more weapons.

Kirk would compliment Pierre Garcon beautifully and help in the kick return game, which ranked 31st in the NFL in 2017.

No. 60 overall: Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers were one of the teams that had Kirk in for a pre-draft visit, and that was before their not-so-surprising trade of Martavis Bryant to the Oakland Raiders for a third round pick. Bryant was a malcontent a year ago and now they could be looking to add a receiver to go with Antonio Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster.

The Steelers are an excellent offense with a ton of weapons. Kirk would not be asked to do too much but be productive in the slot for Ben Roethlisberger. He and Antonio Brown could split return duties and keep each other fresh in that regard.

They took a safety with their first-round pick, so expect wide receiver to be in the mix at their day two picks.
