4. Terrence Murphy

A two-time All-Big 12 selection, Murphy led the Aggies in receiving yards in three of his four seasons. His 2,600 career receiving yards currently rank fourth in Texas A&M history. A number that looks even more impressive when you consider he averaged only 43 receptions per season.

A dominant receiver, Murphy also made contributions on special teams. He returned 23 kicks his junior season, averaging 27.2 yards per return, fourth best in the conference.

When he finished his final season in College Station he was the first wide receiver in Texas A&M history to surpass 2,000 career receiving yards. That was quite the accomplishment not that long ago whereas today Christian Kirk finished his sophomore campaign with 1,937 receiving yards.

Murphy was drafted in the second round of the 2005 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. His NFL career was cut short by an injury suffered on a special teams play in his rookie season.
