A&M already has three offensive tackles committed for the 2019 class, so there is a pretty decent chance Shepherd goes with his current crystal ball projection and picks some school with terrible colors. Although he recently went on an unofficial visit with Kenyon Green, 5-star offensive tackle and current Aggie commit, to College Station, so there may be hope yet.

Bringing in four offensive tackles in one class would be a major haul, but Jimbo is sending a message to the current guys on the squad. The offensive line was not good in 2017 and nobody’s job should feel safe, except Erik McCoy who will likely leave for the NFL after this year anyway.

Crystal Ball prediction – 67% some school in Austin, 33% Texas A&M
