The current crystal ball prediction makes it seem like Jeffery Carter is taking his time and is no where close to a decision. It shows Oregon at 36 percent, then “cloudy” for 29 percent, then the Aggies at 14 percent, Alabama at 12 percent and that school over in Austin at seven percent.

Although on June 6 he tweeted his top four as Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Alabama and that school in Austin, so it appears Oregon is no longer in play despite having the highest percentage. Carter plans to make his decision at the Under Armour All American game.

Carter was previously committed to Oklahoma before re-opening his decision back in January. He recently made the case for all four teams when talking to Rivals.com, and it seems the Aggies are very much in play.
