Texas A&M football has their second conference game in Week 5; Gig Em Gazette’s staff predicted that and the other SEC West games for the week.

Texas A&M football enters Week 5 trying to get back above .500 after their 45-23 loss to the dominant Alabama Crimson Tide. They face off with an Arkansas team who has yet to beat the Aggies since we joined the SEC in 2012.

Three of the last four meetings have gone to overtime, but based on this season’s results, Arkansas looks to be in total rebuilding mode. They are currently three touchdown underdogs according to Oddsshark.com.

Jimbo Fisher’s squad has dominated the first two games in which they were big favorites, but this is an SEC West game. Anything can happen.

A couple of marquee games highlight the rest of this week’s action in the SEC West. LSU face off with long-time rival Ole Miss, which is looking to bounce back from their embarrassing loss to Alabama at home two weekends ago, and Mississippi State take on Florida and their former head coach Dan Mullen looking to rebound from a shocking loss to Kentucky.

We should learn a whole hell of a lot about several teams in the division this weekend.

In this article our staff at Gig ‘Em Gazette will pick the Texas A&M vs. Arkansas game as well as each of the other games in the SEC West. Each team is in action this week, so let’s start with a sure-fire blowout.
