Alabama Crimson Tide at Tennessee Volunteers

Saturday, October 20 at 2:30pm CT; Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, TN

TV: CBS; Line: Alabama -29; Over/Under: 57

Jeff Shull

This game hinges a ton on if Alabama Heisman front runner Tua Tagovailoa plays or not. He had an injury scare in their game against Missouri last week. The Tide will win no matter what, but they will cover if he plays. I don’t see him missing this chance to get a big road win. It seems like Vegas knows something we don’t with that over/under line, or they are covering themselves in case Tua doesn’t play.

Alabama 49, Tennessee 17 (Alabama, Over)

Robert Ford

This is my prediction if Tua plays. If Tua doesn’t play look for the Volunteers to cover the spread. Bama puts Tennessee away in their final tuneup for LSU.

Alabama 49, Tennessee 10 (Alabama, Over)

Andrew Loughmiller

Tennessee is coming off a huge upset victory over Auburn a week ago. However, prior to this the Volunteers have looked nothing short of terrible when playing against some of the nation’s best teams (Losing by 26 points or more vs West Virginia, Florida, and Georgia). Alabama will dominate this game with ease, but Tennessee will cover the massive spread.

Alabama 45, Tennessee 23 (Tennessee, Over)

Nobody has been able to stop Alabama all season and Tennessee is not going to change that. Only twice have the Crimson Tide been held to less than 50 points in a game. The Tide nearly pitch a shutout and top the Vols.

Alabama 57, Tennessee 3 (Alabama, Over)
