South Carolina Gamecocks at Ole Miss Rebels

Saturday, November 3 at 11:00am CT; Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, MS

TV: SEC Network; Line: South Carolina -1; Over/Under: 69

Jeff Shull

This has all the makings of a shootout with a close line and the over/under approaching 70. Will Muschamp might have a few things up his sleeve for the dynamic Ole Miss passing attack, but I’m not sure it will be enough to slow them down at home. Still, South Carolina feels like the better overall team so I’ll give them the edge in a close win.

The Gamecocks go into Oxford and pull off a close game where the spread is basically a pick. I’ll go with South Carolina who would be favored in a neutral site.

I believe this will be a close game, as the spread suggests. But I think Ole Miss has a more talented team. South Carolina hasn’t given me any reason to believe that they can go on the road in the SEC and get a win.
