If you’re heading to Auburn, Alabama for the Texas A&M football game against Auburn, here’s the weather report for the game Saturday morning.
Auburn enters the game against Texas A&M football 5-3 after winning their last game in Oxford against Ole Miss 31-16. The Tigers are 2-3 in conference play, their only other conference victory came against Arkansas back in September. For the Aggies, they enter 5-3 and 3-2 in conference after a disappointing loss in Starkville against Mississippi State.
Before we get to the weather report, here’s a little history regarding the match up. The Aggies lead the series 5-3, with the teams splitting the last six meetings. The Aggies’ five victories came in 1911, 1986, 2012, 2014 and 2016. The interesting fact about this series is that the home team has never won on their home field.
With that in mind, we wanted to remind all Aggies and Tigers to pay attention to this weekend’s weather report in case you plan on tailgating before and after the game.
For those planning on a day of festivities, it will be mostly sunny all day with the temperature around 50 degrees when you wake up. At kickoff, the temperature should be around 60 degrees with the high for the day approaching the high 60’s.
The UV index and cloud cover will be relatively low all day so the day should be very pleasant. The humidity will also be low come kickoff. It will start around 80 percent when you wake up, but will be in the low 60’s by kickoff.
After the game, the temperature should be in the low mid to high 60’s with a zero percent chance of rain. Once again, the wind will not be much of a factor, it should blow the same all day right around 5-8 miles per hour.
There’s your weather report for the Auburn game, once again, be safe, have fun and let’s BTHOAuburn.
