Texas A&M football absolutely has to get a win to keep their hopes of a respectable bowl game alive, we predict that and the other SEC West games here.
Auburn send the Texas A&M football season spiraling out of contention for a solid bowl game with a fourth-quarter comeback that had Aggie fans feeling like not much has changed from the Kevin Sumlin days.
We’ll predict their next game against Ole Miss later, but first let’s take a look at the Week 10 recap.
Week 10 Recap:
Jeff Shull: 7-5 overall
3-1 straight-up, 4-4 gambling (1-3 ATS, 3-1 O/U)
Robert Ford: 6-6 overall
3-1 straight-up, 3-5 gambling (2-2 ATS, 1-3 O/U )
Andy Loughmiller: 2-10 overall
2-2 straight-up, 0-8 gambling (0-4 ATS, 0-4 O/U)
I got back in the win column this week, hooray! It wasn’t a great week for us overall, as our overall unanimous picks went 1-2. Andy taught us all a lesson in the universe over correcting. He’s been dominating the gambling picks for weeks now, and sometimes a bad week can reverse all of that progress.
Here’s a look at the overall standings since Week 5.
Overall Standings
Jeff Shull: 49-35 overall
20-8 straight-up, 29-27 gambling (15-13 ATS, 14-14 O/U)
Robert Ford: 47-37 overall
19-9 straight-up, 28-28 gambling (13-15 ATS, 15-13 O/U )
Andy Loughmiller: 38-31 overall
15-8 straight-up, 23-23 gambling (11-12 ATS, 12-11 O/U)
Luke Leifker: 34-26 overall
13-7 straight-up, 21-19 gambling (8-12 ATS, 13-7 O/U)
Mary Catherine McCord: 18-9 overall
6-3 straight-up, 12-6 gambling (6-3 ATS, 6-3 O/U)
It’s amazing how much people just break even in gambling, and sports books LOVE that. Breaking even in picks means you’re losing juice. Bookies love juice.
There are a couple of incredible matchups in the SEC West this week, but we’ll start with one that’s likely to be a snooze on Saturday night.
