Texas A&M Football: Weather report for LSU game

If you’re heading to College Station for the Texas A&M football game against LSU, here’s the weather report for the game Saturday night.
LSU enters the game against Texas A&M football 9-2 and ranked No. 7 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings. The Tigers are 5-2 in conference play, their only losses are to Florida and No. 1 Alabama. For the Aggies, they enter 7-4 and 4-3 in conference after a big win over UAB.
Before we get to the weather report, here’s a little history regarding the match up. The Tigers lead the series 33-20-3, the series dates back to 1899. The Aggies are looking for their first win in the series since 1995, LSU has won all six games since A&M joined the SEC.
With that in mind, we wanted to remind all Aggies and Tigers to pay attention to this weekend’s weather report in case you plan on tailgating before and after the game.
For those planning on a day of festivities, it will be mostly sunny all day with the temperature around 50 degrees when you wake up. At kickoff, the temperature should be around 67 degrees with the high for the day approaching the low to mid 70’s.
The UV index will be relatively low all day while the cloud cover will be in the mid 20’s throughout the day and should be around low 20’s by the time the game is over. The humidity will start in the 80’s when you wake up, will be around 60 percent at kickoff and then steadily increase through the evening.
After the game, the temperature should be in the lower 60’s with a zero percent chance of rain. The wind will not be a factor, it will blow around 5-8 miles per hour most of the day.
