Wide Receiver

4-star Dylan Wright
4-star Kam Brown
3-star Kenyon Jackson
3-star Chase Lane

Wide Receiver is a position that could see experience dropping like flies over the next two seasons, so Fisher knows he has to replenish the talent pool.

Dylan Wright is the class of this year’s crop. Wright was supposed to favor the Longhorns for most of his recruitment, going so far as to wear Longhorns hats at camps, but Fisher got through to Wright who clearly understands the Aggies are about to do something special.

All four of these recruits were hard commits for most of the year and there weren’t many surprises here.

Position Grade: A-

Tight End

4-star Baylor Cupp
3-star Jalen Wydermyer

Jace Sternberger was named a consensus All American in his only season with Fisher, and he came in as a top Junior College recruit after spending his first couple years at Kansas and not having much of an impact.

Now Fisher is getting the top tight end in the country in Baylor Cupp, who will enroll early. Expect Cupp to be a major impact player from day one. Wydermyer will give the Aggies great depth at the position, especially considering how much Fisher likes to use multiple tight ends.

Position Grade: A+
