Conclusion

While the teams stack up in many ways, they still have a few differences that make them unique and fun. As a fan of both squads, I am more than excited. It has been a frustrating few years for both organizations. Due diligence has been paid.

The time is now for the Aggies and the Cowboys to rise to the top and secure Texas football dominance on every level it is played: high school, college, and pro. In the words of Jimmy Johnson, “How ’bout them Cowboys?!”

After the LSU victory, Coach Jimbo Fisher said, “How ’bout them Aggies?!” The future looks more than bright for both squads and I will now leave you with a song lyric from one my favorites, Parker Mccollum. It really does seem that the “highs were worth the lows and things are looking up.”
