As summer approaches, recruiting is coming to the forefront of all Texas A&M Football fans’ minds. And with recruiting returning to its normal ways as soon as June 1st, things are about to get interesting in college football.

And since Jimbo Fisher arrived as head coach of the Texas A&M Football team, College Station has been one of the most popular destinations for top-level high school recruits in the country.

This has translated to the field, where the Aggies have seen drastic improvements in each of the past three seasons under Fisher. The Aggies are coming off of their best season in nearly a century, finish with a ranking in the top five of college football.

In three years, Fisher has brought the Aggies top ten recruiting classes every single season. This is especially noteworthy, as the team struggled to maintain classes in the top 20 before the head coaching change.

The Texas A&M Football team will be in the running for every top recruit nearby

With this new identity as a football program, the Aggies are now in the running for virtually any nearby recruit with a 5-star status. As a result, many of their targets for the 2022 class are extremely highly-touted recruits.

With a loaded 2022 class thus far, Fisher will continue to try and collect strong recruits in his quest to put together a national championship-caliber team in the future. It all starts with recruiting.

Today, we’ll be looking at six elite 5-star recruits that could help the Aggies win a national championship down the road.
