The Texas A&M Football team sent a future Super Bowl MVP to the league in Von Miller
It almost seems wrong to put Von Miller this far down the list. That said, he has been an elite linebacker in the league for a long time in this league. At the age of 32, he still has some gas left in his tank.
In high school, Von Miller wasn’t an extremely highly-rated recruit. He was a 3-star guy who came to the Aggies in 2007. After being suspended for skipping class, Miller heavily considered transferring out of College Station. Instead, he buckled down and adopted an entirely new mindset, setting him on a path to become the player that he is today. He would turn his career around, quickly becoming the best linebacker in college football.
He would get drafted with the second overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, where he would join a Broncos team that would put together one of the best defenses in recent memory. He’s most famous for winning Super Bowl MVP in Super Bowl L, but has been elite in every healthy season in the league.
He would miss his first Pro Bowl in seven years after suffering an injury that held him out of the entire 2020 season but will be sure to bounce back in 2021. He remains one of the best linebackers in the league.
