These Texas A&M Football players aren’t stars but have been given extremely generous ratings

K Josh Lambo, 83 Overall: A kicker? That’s right, the Aggies’ fifth-best player in Madden 22 is a kicker by the name of Josh Lambo. Ironically, Lambo isn’t Texas A&M’s top kicker/punter prospect in the last few years. That honor would go to Braden Mann, who was actually drafted in the 6th round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

That said, Lambo has been the more reliable player at the NFL level so far, making way for him to earn an 83 rating in Madden 22. Technically, this ties him with Erik McCoy, who was an honorable mention on this list.

QB Ryan Tannehill, 87 Overall: Now we’re getting into the more exciting players on the list, starting with Ryan Tannehill. Tannehill had a slow start at both the college level and the professional level but settled into both brilliantly. He was a well-known receiver-turned-quarterback for Texas A&M, but at the NFL level, he was a bad-quarterback-turned-good-quarterback.

Tannehill has been part of a Tennessee Titans team that has been playing great football lately. In 2020, he threw for 3,817 yards, 33 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions, making him one of the league’s best quarterbacks.

If anything, his 87 overall rating should be considered low for the production that we saw out of him last season.
