The Texas A&M football team will take on a threatening Ole Miss team a week after a slugfest against Auburn

Of every team remaining on the Aggies’ schedule, I’m most worried about Ole Miss. The Rebels’ passing attack is arguably the most threatening of any team in the country.

Technically, they rank 23rd in passing offense, but the talent that they have at the quarterback position is undeniable. Even though Matt Corral has slowed down in recent weeks, the Rebel QB could still be the best in the country at his position.

As a result, I think the Aggies will have to hang at least 35 points on Ole Miss to get the win here. And based on the fact that I have them winning against Auburn, I think A&M will have the momentum required to make this happen.

A&M’s passing defense allows under 200 yards, so something has to give in this game. That’ll be the primary storyline here — will the Aggies slow down Ole Miss through the air or will the Rebels gash Texas A&M in the passing game?

It’ll be a high-scoring game, but A&M’s stingy pass defense will prevail.

Final Score Prediction: Texas A&M Aggies 42, Ole Miss Rebels 34
