Texas A&M Football Bold Prediction No. 1: The Aggies will win by multiple scores… again

College football is unique to any other sport in the sense that fans, coaches, and analysts are all unwilling to let go of their preconceived notions.

The preconceived notion that college football fans are unwilling to let go of in relation to the Texas A&M football team is regarding the team’s offense. Sure, the Aggies had bad offensive performances in three of their first five performances.

Outside of that, the Aggies rank exactly in the middle of the pack in scoring offense, finding themselves tied for 65th with 28.6 points per game. Heck, if you remove those bad performances, which look like a thing of the past, you’ll find a team that averages nearly 36 points per game.

I’m not here to tell you that the Aggies’ offense is the best thing in the world — I’m simply explaining why this team is extremely underrated. The defense is elite — the fact that they rank second in opposing points per game should attest to that, and paired with a very solid offensive unit, A&M is truly one of the best teams in the nation.
