These two elite wideouts would give the Texas A&M football team an elite freshman duo in 2023

WR Jaquaize Pettaway (4-star): As previously mentioned, the Texas A&M football team has had its fair share of issues at wideout. Their top receiver from the past two seasons is a tight end and the next guy on the list began his career as a runningback. The Aggies are desperate for wideout talent.

Look no further than Jaquaize Pettaway, an elite wide receiver out of Houston, Texas. Proximity could play a huge role here for the Houston native, as A&M is the closest major college in the area. The 5’11” wideout could commit his way onto a team that will need instant satisfaction at his position. This could be a win-win.

WR Jalen Brown (5-star): Another player who could help the Texas A&M football team in the same way that I mentioned for Pettaway is Jalen Brown, a five-star wideout from Miami, Florida. This one could be a little tougher, as the Aggies will be competing against Miami, who is currently considered the favorite in his recruitment.

The Aggies will also be competing for Brown against schools like Michigan and Florida State. The 6’1″ wide receiver is a true deep threat, compared to Will Fuller by recruiting experts. He pulled in over 1,000 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns in his most recent season, indicating steady improvement throughout his career.

Brown would bolster a wide receiver spot that is quickly becoming more and more talented in Aggieland.
