Grade. Wide Receivers. 873. Scouting Report. player. Pick Analysis. A-. 2

Starters: A-

Bench: B

Young talent: A+

The wide receiver room for Texas A&M is one that most teams in the nation would covet. They have a great all-around setup not just for 2022, but for years after. To start, Ainias Smith will be the go-to target in this room, at least to start. He will play mostly out of the slot.

For the other two starters, it sounds like Chase Lane and Evan Stewart will act as the primary outside receivers. Stewart comes in as the prodigy of the room and Lane gets his shot at a decent volume of targets.

Off the bench, Yulkeith Brown, Moose Muhammed III, Jalen Preston, and Devin Price all offer good pass-catching options. Preston could have a shot to start as well due to his talent and senior classification.

The young players in this group is off the charts. Stewart is a freshman who will likely start this season because he is just that good. Chris Marshall comes in as another five-star recruit that could make an impact early on. Noah Thomas is the lowest-rated of the three, a four-star, but he has been showing great things in camp and could earn some playing time this season as well.
