Texas A&M football is about knee deep into their 2022 season, with conference play right around the corner. Rather than talk about this season, let’s take a break and actually take a peek into the 2023 season.

On Saturday, the Aggies’ 2023 football schedule was released. The team already knew who they would be facing, but now they know when. With this in mind, here is the Texas A&M football schedule for the 2023 college football season.

  • Sept. 2: vs. New Mexico
  • Sept. 9: at Miami
  • Sept. 16: vs. Louisiana-Monroe
  • Sept. 23: vs. Auburn
  • Sept. 30: vs. Arkansas
  • Oct. 7: vs. Alabama
  • Oct. 14: at Tennessee
  • Oct. 21: BYE
  • Oct. 28: vs. South Carolina
  • Nov. 4: at Ole Miss
  • Nov. 11: vs. Mississippi State
  • Nov. 18: vs. Abilene Christian
  • Nov. 25: at LSU

Key dates and locations for 2023

Week 2 at Miami

This has already been a topic of conversation among fans of both Miami and Texas A&M. After Miami’s loss in Kyle Field, many are already anticipating the rematch which is set to take place at Hard Rock Stadium.

Week 6 vs. Alabama

Alabama is always a game to have circled on anyone’s schedule, so this should be noted that the Aggies will host Alabama once again. We know what happened last time the Crimson Tide came to town. Nothing further.

Week 7 at Tennessee

This screams trap game to me. Having to play the Volunteers immediately after Alabama will be an immensely difficult task for the Aggies on its own. However, this also will take place in Knoxville, a very hostile environment to play in for opposing teams.
