WATCH: Texas A&M Football’s OC Bobby Petrino Pops Off in the Booth

Early in the second half for Texas A&M football versus New Mexico, the Aggies seemed a bit sluggish after a dynamic first half. On a long third down, the Aggies ended up having to take a time out, and the camera just so happened to be trained right on the booth where OC Bobby Petrino was calling the plays. The night has mostly been a masterclass so far for the newest Texas A&M football staffer, generating 5 touchdowns on 6 first half possessions, but on this occasion, he was clearly frustrated with the fact the Aggies were forced into that timeout.

You can see in this GIF that Petrino gets so angry that he tosses his highlighter into the air. Things didn’t get much better after the timeout, as the following play was a sack against Conner Weigman—the first of the night that this OL gave up for Texas A&M football. Hopefully the Aggie offense can regroup here soon and get back to scoring touchdowns. And hopefully coach Petrino can find his highlighter without too much trouble. Or maybe they have a GA for that.
