Who’s Calling the Game for Texas A&M Football vs. Ole Miss?

Texas A&M football and Ole Miss square off this Saturday; a key game in the race for the top half of the SEC West standings. The Aggies and Rebels have had two very entertaining (if frustrating, at least for Texas A&M football fans) games in their past two meetings, and the Rebs hope to extend their win streak against the Ags to three games by late Saturday afternoon. Texas A&M football, on the other hand, is looking to get their first true road win in quite some time, as well as notch a ranked win for the first time this year.

This game will air on ESPN at noon eastern and 11 AM central time this Saturday, November 4, and will be the Aggies’ fourth early start of the season. This is the first early start this year for the Rebels, with the 1 PM central kickoff against Mercer at the beginning of the season being their earliest kick time so far.

Joe Tess and Jordan Rodgers is not a combination that I’ve previously seen, but it’s one that I think I’ll enjoy. Rodgers has been one of the more careful critics of Texas A&M football in his time on the SEC Network, not falling for easy narratives surrounding the team, but rather doing more in-depth analysis of the issues when they arise. Tessitore is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I really like his style and tend to enjoy the games he calls. He was on the mic for the Aggies’ game against Miami earlier this season, as well.
