Texas A&M football has set themselves up for a massive run in the 2026 recruiting class. Here are several five-stars that the Ags have a real shot with.

2026 5-stars Texas A&M football fans should know: OT/DT Lamar Brown

This is another guy who I've written about quite a few times on the site, as he has shown a repeated fondness for Texas A&M football under Mike Elko. Brown has visited campus several times and hasn't been shy about his affinity for the Aggies.

That said, it will always be a huge ask to pull a five-star player out of Louisiana away from the in-state Tigers. That task seems much more monumental when you consider that Brown is actually from Baton Rouge.

Of course, the Ags have done it before. Le'Veon Moss and Jardin Gilbert are both guys who signed with the Aggies out of high school from the Baton Rouge area— Gilbert is actually from the same high school that Brown is.

I like A&M's chances with Brown, who has set two return visits to A&M already. If Texas A&M football can close on this one, they'll have a stalwart on either defensive or offensive line— a true unicorn.
