Anto Saka goes hilariously viral as fans can't believe their eyes in unexpected clip

Texas A&M fans have extremely high hopes in 2026 for Northwestern transfer Anto Saka, a defensive end whose crazy athleticism already has piqued the attention of certain media members around the nation. Though replacing Cashius Howell will be a really tough task, the addition of Saka— as well as another year of growth for true sophomore Marco Jones and veteran Florida transfer TJ Searcy— could be enough to keep the Aggies' pass rush elite.

Yesterday, a clip of Saka was put out by the Aggies' social media channels, and it began to pick up traction in a major way. The clip, though, was not of a freaky-looking play in practice or some new, eye-popping weightlifting record— no, it was just of Saka standing and giving an answer about Tommy Moffitt's strength program.

Sounds innocuous enough, right? Of course. But all fans need to do is take a look at how Saka appears in this clip, and they understand why those who had not previously heard of or seen the Aggie DE would be gobsmacked— to put it mildly, Saka looks like a grown man.

Saka is old for a college football player, going into his fifth year, but in this clip, he looks much more like a 38-year-old than a 23-year-old:

Saka's remarkable athleticism is what has given Aggie fans such high hopes for his 2026 campaign, but he didn't gain that by simply his God-given talent— he's been hard at work in the weight room, as he discusses in the clip, and it has certainly paid off in very visible ways. Maybe unfortunately, though, it has also caused him to look like he's about to cash in his 401K.

In all seriousness, Saka was one of the biggest additions for the Aggies this past offseason, and Tommy Moffitt has done an excellent job with him— and every other member of the Texas A&M football team— in preparation for the role the Aggies' coaching staff has in mind. There's a lot that just went out the door on the Aggies' defensive line, and Saka is a big piece in replacing it— just like Cashius Howell was last year following the departure of 3/4 of Texas A&M's DL starters.

Bringing in Saka, adding Elijah Robinson (who is not only an elite recruiter, but an elite defensive line coach), and bringing along several other big time players means that this Aggie team will be just as intimidating to opposing offenses as they were last season— and maybe even more. This is probably the first time many fans around the SEC have heard of Saka, but you can bet it won't be the last— he'll be making plays on the gridiron that will catch fans' eyes all fall.
