Texas A&M football has already demonstrated so far this season that they have had a massive upgrade at the receiver position compared to last year.
Things have been completely transformed at the pass-catcher position for the Aggies, and the juice they now boast out wide is far better than anything we've seen in years in College Station. That's thanks, in large part, to the work that Mike Elko, Collin Klein, and Holmon Wiggins did in the transfer portal, picking up KC Concepcion and Mario Craver.
Concepcion is, in all likelihood, headed to the NFL after this year, but the Ags will have Craver on the squad for at least another season. And if early returns from this year are any indication, they have a huge crew of studs coming in from this current commit list to keep this momentum going in future years.
Texas A&M receiver recruits put up massive numbers, showing that future of Aggie passing game is blossoming
Ryan Brauninger of Texags, a recruiting specialist, posted the following unbelievable stat lines from Aggie receiver commits from this past weekend.

• Aaron Gregory: 11 catches, 210 yds, 1 TD
• Mike Brown: 11 catches, 216 yds, 4 TDs
• Madden Williams: 8 catches, 193 yds, 1 TD

It's worth noting, too, that none of these guys are playing in low-level football. All of them compete at the highest levels of high school football in their respective states: Gregory in Georgia, Brown in Texas, and Williams in California.
Williams in particular had some unbelievable highlights from this past game. Check out this quick video from what he pulled off for St. John Bosco (one of the top-ranked high school teams in America) in a massive matchup:

Things are truly bright for Texas A&M football's future at the receiver position. This group is already highly-rated, and they probably should have even more acclaim than they already do (Aaron Gregory in particular, but that's a discussion for a different column).
The Aggies won't be replacing Concepcion's production right away out of this group, but you can see why this A&M staff is so high on their current commit group. Not too far in the future, they'll be making play after play in the maroon and white, and I for one can't wait to see it.
