While Saturday's game between South Carolina and Texas A&M doesn't garner the same lure or attention it did a year prior, this is another important box for the Aggies to check as they near both a conference title and a College Football Playoff appearance.

This game was the beginning of the end for last year's crew and, even though South Carolina finds itself three games below .500, there's still plenty to accomplish this weekend. So let's put on our bold caps and predict some of the more obscure outcomes we could find ourselves observing at Kyle Field.

The Aggies run for 250+ yards

South Carolina has been a disaster at stopping the run since conference play opened up — allowing opposing offenses to put up rushing totals of 146, 285, 108, 166, 171, 72 and 258 on them. This is also a group that's allowing 4.13 yards per carry and one that's given up 43 explosive runs, two numbers that rank in the 70s of college football.

Texas A&M has been rolling on the ground as of late, averaging 228 rushing yards over its last three games. This offense has used its two tight end sets late in games to run the clock and push around the opposing defensive fronts, something we should see plenty of this weekend against a talented but thin Gamecock front seven.

In a game where the Gamecocks shouldn't be putting many points up on the board, the Aggies should be able to utilize their advantage up front to churn out rushing yardage from start to finish and earn their highest rushing total since putting up 299 on Mississippi State.
