Hilarious, embarrassing Media Days mishap turns Longhorns into conspiracy theorists

This one got a lot of laughs out of the Aggie faithful, but the Longhorns are not so pleased.

SEC Media Days is now in full swing, as day two of four has concluded in Atlanta. The pinnacle of talking season has seen some pretty notable quotes come out so far— for Aggie fans, some things of interest were the optimism that top media personalities have for their squad this year, and some more-than-questionable comments by the rival Longhorns.

With how wild of an event that SEC Media Days always becomes, you have to anticipate some certain level of hilarity to take place. Whether that's a coach getting caught off-guard by a question, a player saying more than he means to, or Lane Kiffin saying anything at all to Paul Finebaum, there are plenty of laughs to go around for college football fans.

One of the funniest and most awkward things we've seen from the event just took place today, however, and it's turning Longhorn fans into conspiracy theorists. As Steve Sarkisian took the podium today for his press availability, something that no one expected started to happen.

Just take a look at how awkward this moment was for Texas fans.

I think what kills me most here about this is his little "alrighty!" after he takes the stage. Not much you can say at that point!

In all honesty, everyone was having a good laugh about this one— Aggie fans and Texas fans alike. The joking took a great turn when some Longhorn fans began to pretend as though it was some deep state-like operation that had planned this moment from the beginning— the key brain behind it, of course, being Billy Liucci of Texags. The SEC Network didn't exactly help dispel that notion.

Liucci, for his part, played along well.

This is the kind of thing that will bring a smile to your face no matter what. Hopefully, we don't hear "Texas Fight" as Mike Elko takes the stage on Thursday.
