Injury report ahead of Texas A&M football vs. LSU: Aggies missing key OL and backup QB
Texas A&M football began the year relatively healthy, but have had some key injuries at different points so far this year. The Aggies, most notably, lost starting QB Conner Weigman for quite some time, starting Marcel Reed in his place for three games.
The Ags also have been without starting center Mark Nabou since game one, though Utah transfer Kolinu'u Faaiu has been stellar in his stead. An underdiscussed loss was that of Tyreek Chappell, who went down with an injury in practice early on in the year.
Then, of course, there's the preseason loss of Rueben Owens. What we've seen so far out of Klein's scheme has shown that Owens would have had a lot of success as a back in this system—though, again, the Ags are still getting some solid production out of the backs they do have.
Those are the players out for the season so far—more than you'd want to see, but not as bad as some teams have it. Ahead of Texas A&M football's showdown with LSU, though, there are some players whose availability was a question mark.
One of those is offensive guard Chase Bisontis, who has had a great second season in the Maroon and White. Jaylen Henderson, the third-string QB, was ruled out last week as well. Will either Bisontis or Henderson play today?
Last night's injury report was pretty definitive. Both Bisontis and Henderson are ruled out, as well as freshman DB Jordan Pride, for this game.

The Aggies are likely to start either Kam Dewberry or freshman TJ Shanahan in the place of Bisontis, both of whom have plenty of experience and solid tape at that spot. Miles O'Neill will be the third-string QB (though hopefully we don't have to see him unless the game is a blowout by the Aggies).
