It sure sounds like America's Team is keeping their eyes on Texas A&M football

This is quite the development.

The Dallas Cowboys need a lot of help on defense, and they might get it from a Texas A&M football player.

All five of those Aggies are making their names known with America's Team, and it's not out of the picture for the Cowboys to pick one of them.

Knowing that the Cowboys already have a lot of money invested in Quinnen Williams, Kenny Clark and Osa Odighizuwa, a defensive tackle may not be necessary. There isn't much elite cornerback talent in this draft class, but for the Cowboys, their most likely option is obvious.

Cowboys would make sense to go for Taurean York in the draft

There were some mock drafts where the Cowboys would pick Cashius Howell to fix their pass rushing, but as Jaxson Callaway says, LB Taurean York in the fourth round may be the pick that makes the most sense.

The Cowboys need linebackers to save their lives. Sonny Styles, CJ Allen, or Anthony Hill may be a pick for the first-round, but they also need a safety, like Caleb Downs. A pass rusher like Howell or Akheem Mesidor would make sense, too, but either way, the Cowboys could save York for later in the draft.

Jerry Jones still needs to decide what they would do with Kenneth Murray and Jack Sanborn, as both LBs had a bad year, but with the signing of Christian Parker as the new DC, he's already cleaning house.

The Cowboys need to overload on literally every position, and if we're going to be honest, they may not pick an offensive player until the last round. Ar'maj Reed-Adams as a Cowboy would be nice, but notice how four out of five of those Aggies are on defense.

The Cowboys have plenty of options, but it's most likely that they could go with York in the fourth round if they choose to focus their first-round picks on safety and outside linebacker.
