It only took KC Concepcion two touches for Texas A&M football to score a touchdown. The offensive system is still working out some kinks, it looks like, but every time Concepcion has gotten his hands on the ball, he's made a play.
The second time he got the ball in his hands was on a punt return opportunity, and he took it on himself to make some noise. He received the punt way back in Texas A&M territory, and then he began to pick his way through the coverage.
All of a sudden, things broke open in front of him as he evaded defenders, and from there, it was curtains for the Roadrunners.

Concepcion was off to the races, and there was no one on the defense for UTSA that had a prayer of catching him. Thanks to some great blocking by the rest of the special teams unit, KC was able to stroll into the end zone.
KC Concepcion registers insane highlight with dynamic punt return for Texas A&M football

So far, KC is living up to the hype. He was one of the most vaunted pickups in the portal anywhere, not just Texas A&M, and he's showing just why that was the case so far tonight in Kyle Field.
The rest of the Aggies need to catch up, though. Texas A&M has had a few miscues on the offensive side of the ball so far, even as the Roadrunners have been throwing everything they have at the Aggie O up until this point.
It's still a team that the Aggies should be able to physically dominate, though. The Aggies need to start flexing some muscle here, but KC did a great job of lighting a fire for this team with his punt return.
