The Texas A&M Aggies are 10-0, but the most recent win came in one of the biggest scares of the season.
It was a disastrous start in the first half for the Aggies, as they had to come back down from 27 points to beat South Carolina. It was one of the more impressive wins of any team this season, and it gave Marcel Reed more hardware, taking home AP Player of the Week.
If you saw the first half, you probably thought that Reed's Heisman hopes were dead in the water. The second-half rally was enough for him to come back and win the weekly AP award. It also puts his Heisman trophy hopes back on the table.
Marcel Reed's Heisman chances are still intact after a miraculous comeback

According to FanDuel Sportsbook, Reed is in third in the Heisman odds, behind Ohio State QB Julian Sayin and Indiana QB Fernando Mendoza.
Mendoza might've solidified the Heisman trophy after the Penn State game, thanks to Omar Cooper Jr. making arguably the catch of the season. Sayin hasn't had that Heisman moment yet, and Ohio State's schedule has been gaining tons of criticism this season.
Texas A&M has had the far tougher journey this season, and remains ranked first in ESPN's Power Index (FPI) when it comes to strength of record. We still have two games and a championship weekend to decide who's going to be in New York, but from the way it's looking now, Reed should get an invite to at least get a chance.
The players behind Reed are Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia, Georgia QB Gunner Stockton and former Texas A&M QB and current Georgia Tech QB Haynes King. Barring a total collapse, it's going to take a lot for any of those three to get the call to New York.
