Aggie recruiting is looking to do something special in the class of 2026. The Aggies are not only some of the national leaders in the most important categories in recruiting— blue-chip ratio, average recruit rating, and more— but they are pulling together a true coast-to-coast assemblage of talent.

This A&M staff has put in the work to add some top talent, all the way from California down to Georgia. The Aggies are making themselves a real national presence with the way they've attacked this 2026 cycle, and it's yielding impressive results so far.

Mike Elko and company are in several huge races throughout the country, and it's not uncommon to hear of them being big time players in recruitments which fans previously hadn't given any thought. This is exactly what appears to have happened here recently, as On3's Steve Wiltfong has predicted A&M to bring in a talented defensive lineman from Georgia.

Texas A&M predicted to land 4-star Tristian Givens as Mike Elko continues recruiting hot streak

The Aggies look like they're on the verge of adding a big piece to this class with this latest prediction, with Elko and company being predicted as the landing spot for Georgia's Tristian Givens.

Givens is a top-75 player in the nation per 247Sports, placing him as a high-level talent even at the Power 5 level. This is the type of guy that could compete for a starting spot right away on the Aggie defensive line if A&M were able to land him.

This staff has been so impressive at building inroads into enemy territory, bringing in talent from unexpected locations. If they are indeed able to add Givens, that trend would only continue. Here's hoping we see that exact thing come to pass here for Texas A&M football.
