Head coach Mike Elko had the speech of a lifetime after the Texas A&M Aggies defeated Missouri, and it will have fans ready to run through a brick wall.

It was already a huge milestone for the Texas A&M Aggies when they defeated the then-No. 22 Missouri Tigers, knocking them out of the Top 25. However, even more juice was added to the program when head coach Mike Elko gave the greatest postgame speech of his career.

"It don’t happen much that you go on the road in this conference three times in a row, and you find a way to get the f-ing job done," Elko said. "That’s a hell of an effort by you guys."

The Aggies' head coach is right. How often does a team in the SEC get three consecutive road wins in the same season? Not to mention the fact that Texas A&M's two most recent victories were over ranked teams (No. 20 LSU and No. 22 Missouri).

Texas A&M has proven itself time and time again this season

"That's how you play championship football in this conference," Elko continued. "That's what championship football in this conference looks like. Now, we're finally going back home.

After giving credit where credit was due and getting his players excited to play at Kyle Field again, he immediately locked back into work, reminding everyone that they have yet another conference matchup on Saturday.

This weekend, the Aggies face the unranked South Carolina Gamecocks, who are 3-6 overall and 1-6 in conference play. While it may seem like an easy matchup, teams in the SEC can't sleep on anybody that is in their conference, not even teams near the bottom of the totem pole.

Elko's speech was exactly what the Aggies needed to hear after their 21-point victory over Missouri and before they returned home to host the Gamecocks, and it should get Texas A&M fans just as excited for the rest of the season.

After South Carolina, the Aggies host the Samford Bulldogs before they take a trip to Austin to face their rivals, the Texas Longhorns, who are currently ranked 10th in the nation.

With a rivalry matchup just over the horizon, Texas A&M must stay focused (while also remaining hyped up) so that it can finish the regular season without a blemish on its record, which is currently 9-0 overall and 6-0 in SEC play (a beautiful sight to behold).

Before turning their attention to the Bulldogs or the Longhorns, the Aggies have to get ready for an 11 a.m. CT kickoff against South Carolina. The conference matchup will be broadcast on ESPN on Saturday, Nov. 15.
